From Rock Bottom to Playful Mornings: One Family’s Epic Sleep Win
Let me take you inside a recent coaching conversation—one of those moments where I get off the Zoom call, happy tears in my eyes, and shout “THIS is why I do this.”
Here’s what Mom said:
“We had our first night where we all slept well. First night. He slept. I slept. I felt so good.”
This, my friends, is what I call a turning point.
It’s not just about your baby sleeping longer.
It’s about what happens the next morning.
When the whole family wakes up refreshed.
When the baby is playful.
When Mom and Dad can actually look at each other and say, “Hey, we’re doing okay.”
And then she said something that stopped me in my tracks:
“I feel like we died as a couple and have been reborn through getting better sleep.”
Let that sink in.
Because when you're running on fumes, relationships suffer.
