Sleep Success Story: After 2 failed attempts with other sleep coaches, Joanna was the one that solved all the sleep struggles!
After 2 previous attempts at sleep coaching with different coaches, Alice and Robert’s son was still waking 3-4 times a night to nurse and would need to be nursed, rocked, walked around, or shaken up and down for at least 30 to 40 minutes before he would fall asleep again. He would wake up and they never knew when or how long he would be awake for. There was tension at home due to lack of sleep and they were desperate for help!
Alice and Robert knew they wanted a GENTLER method than what was offered by the other coaches. They wanted to do things SCIENTIFICALLY and talk about what was happening and WHY so they could understand why the previous attempts had failed. These 2 busy professionals wanted to TALK to someone and have ALL THEIR QUESTIONS answered and they NEEDED THIS TO WORK… AND SLEEP COACHING SUPPORT WITH JOANNA TOTALLY WORKED! Now, he is sleeping peacefully 11 hours uninterrupted and sleeping independently for naps!
I am so happy this family reached out for sleep support! Watch Alice and Robert’s story in the video below to see how working with a Sleep Expert was totally transformative for their entire family!
Alice and Robert didn’t give up hope and they found the right coach to help them Get Their Life Back! They had one of the harder cases but the right coach can take you all the way to success. Every child can learn their sleep skills if you meet the needs of the parents and the baby.

Sleep Success Story: Twin boys now sleep through the night!!
Both 13-month-old Twins were NOT sleeping! These parents were at a complete loss on how to solve the sleep struggles!
Here is what they said about working with Blissful Baby Sleep Coaching:
"At the end of the day, we were going down the ""rabbit hole"" and we needed someone to pull us out. We needed someone to ""unpack"" all the information and material we had read and studied and help us understand what mattered and what did not as it related to our specific sleep challenges. Talking live with Joanna of Blissful Baby Sleep Coaching and benefiting from her customized approach for our children is what made all the difference to our sleep success for our 13-month-old twin boys."

Sleep Success Story: From every 30 minutes of waking to a baby sleeping peacefully all night.
As I always say, I am in the business of a family sleep transformation. My client Rachel is a perfect example. A busy Physician that works in the Operating Room had a daughter that was nursing every 30-45 minutes all night long. At the same time, the baby was getting increasingly difficult to actually even go to sleep at bedtime, the baby girl wanted to PLAY instead of sleep. Also, Rachel did not have time with her older child because the sleep deprivation and nursing/co-sleeping demands became so dominant.
Rachel considered reading a book, because clearly as a Doctor, she has the capability to put knowledge into action, but she decided it was necessary to have a "team approach" with a coach so she could avoid disagreements on how to implement and to get faster results and have balance and harmony.
I am so happy this family reached out for sleep support! Watch Rachel and Robbie's story in the video below to see how working with a Sleep Expert was a big lifesaver for EVERYONE in the family.
-Rachel and Robbie D. Child 9 months at time of sleep coaching
Rachel encourages mom to not hesitate to call upon EXPERT HELP who you can trust and guide you in a calm, gentle way. As a Physician, finding a science-backed approach with an experienced coach was paramount! Rachel says working with me has lead to their personal wellness as a family! This makes me so happy since I am on a mission to lead a well-rested family revolution!
Thank you for watching Rachel & Robbie's story and I hope this inspires you to realize that it is possible to become a well-rested family. Please share this with any friends that need some help, hope and support right now! Don't ever hesitate to contact me.

WO3 is a grassroots effort to partner, promote and support women-owned businesses. The third Thursday of March was chosen because March is Women’s History Month and what better time to give a shout-out to woman-owned businesses.
How can I help?
Come together this month to purposely support ANY female-owned business. We can have a great impact on each other. There are no rules, you decide who, what, where and how you want to support.
Think about who you know that is a female-owned business and get creative about the ways to support them. For example:
Share your favorite business’s blog to your social media community.
Write a review - Review helps businesses attract other customers so whether its Yelp, Google or Facebook hop on and write a quick review!
Share the social media posts of the businesses you love- Anytime you like a post or share a post you help boost that algorithm. Small businesses need organic activity on social media platforms to get traction instead of wasting money on an ad campaign.
Join WO3 and share their social media posts- let others know about WO3 day and how you are going to support woman-owned businesses! Sign up here www.wo3connect.com/signup
Express your gratitude- Call or drop off a card to let them know how they have made an impact on your life. It's so important for them to know they are seen and appreciated.
Buy female-owned products- Look for female-owned brands whether a day out shopping at local women-owned boutiques, buying a book written by female author or finding female-owned products at the grocery store. Anything helps!
Wear your favorite woman-owned business fashion today. Wear your favorite women-owned products like Bra-serie and give a shout out to the businesses when anyone compliments it!

Interview with Tammi Reylea, Founder of W03 Connect: Partner, Promote & Support Female Owned businesses
In celebration of W03 Connect, a grassroots effort to promote partner and support female owned businesses, I am delighted to interview Tammi Reylea, the founder of W03 movement. I cant wait to share the story of how she decided to dedicate herself to this starting and growing this incredible female-owned business movement.
WO3 is a grass-roots movement dedicated to supporting women-owned businesses in three ways: Partner, Promote, and Support. Our goal is to create an annual movement on March 26, 2022 to raise awareness of female-owned businesses and inspire women to look for opportunities to support her all year round.
Why should You participate?
Impacts Communities:
There is evidence that shows that when we support woman-owned businesses, we are increasing economic stability in the families and communities they live in. Women are more likely to reinvest their profits in their community, family and education.
Access To Funding Is Still Challenging:
Women entrepreneurship is on the rise! That's the good news! However, while female-owned businesses continue to increase at significant rates, according to 2019 American Express "State of Women-Owned Business Report", between 2014 and 2019, "the revenue disparity between women-owned and all privately held businesses has increased since 1997."
Let's Put Our Words Into Action:
Women-owned businesses are becoming the core of our global economy. Our deliberate action and financial support are critical to helping them thrive!
How do I join in the movement?
It's easy to be part of this exciting movement!
Sign-up for the challenge - Don't worry, we'll send you reminders before the event.
On March 26, 2022, go and support ANY woman-owned business or service. YOU decide the amount! YOU decide who you want to support. Click HERE to sign-up.
Your participation in WO3 is also about YOU! The spirit of giving builds long-lasting inner joy for happier lives. Now that's a "win-win!"
Not only is Tammy is passionate, energetic, Tammi is also a fashion visionary and mom-preneur. As designer and founder of BRA_serie, she is on a mission: it’s time to reinvent the bra strap!
After hearing many women ask, “What do I do with these boring bra straps?” Tammi saw the need to evolve the bra strap from a functional necessity into a stylish fashion accessory.
In 2017, she launched her innovative brand called BRA-serie featuring stylish interchangeable bra straps from dainty to daring.
